Digital Product Policy
Simple Invite Maker provides instant digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the invitation is downloaded or accessed. Refunds are only considered for verified technical issues.
Eligible for Refund
- •Verified technical failure preventing download
- •Duplicate payment for the same order
- •System error resulting in wrong file delivery
Not Eligible for Refund
- •Change of mind after purchase
- •Spelling mistakes or content errors by user
- •Selected wrong design template
- •Downloaded file but "didn't like it"
Technical Issues
If you encounter any technical issues with your download (e.g., file not generating, corruption, or blank file), please contact our support team immediately. We will first attempt to fix the issue and regenerate your file. If we are unable to resolve the technical problem within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Processing

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for technical issues.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
